Design, materials and manufacturing processes have been refined over the past decade. The board moves freely in all directions. It&#8217;s possible to do spins or roll from one ball to another. The balls are made of synthetic rubber and come in one color and size only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Balancemaster offers a fun and challenging training. It strengthens feet, ankles, legs and core but also improves coordination and balance by stimulating your proprioceptors.
